2018-19 PTSA BUDGET Budget- On August 14, 2018, after a General Membership Meeting was held in June, this Budget was approved by the Board. This will be the budget plan for the 2018-19 school year. If there are *major* changes requested, a Special General Membership Meeting will be held to get approval from the General Membership.
Cash Box Request – Holding a PTSA Event that will require making change . . .use this form to request a cash box.
Request for Payment – Use this form to request reimbursement for a purchase made on the behalf of the PTSA (prior approval suggested).
Deposit Form – This form should be used after each event that has generated PTSA funds that need to be deposited into the PTSA bank account.
Teacher Mini Grant Request 2018-19– For use by the teachers of WLMS to request funding for classroom curriculum projects. Forms should be submitted to Mrs. Adkins for approval and then will be forwarded to the PTSA for final approval and processing.
